Since the skin covers the whole body of the animal, it is quite natural that its individual sections have their own specifics and have different properties.

A topology is an animal leather map divided into specific zones. Belonging to a particular area determines the basic properties, physical parameters and consumer characteristics of the resulting leather. The topology of the leather directly affects the methods of cutting the finished leather, and also determines the scope of the production application of the whole leather or its individual sections.
